Exchange and Return Policy
Chez La Mer offers complimentary returns on all U.S. orders. Eligible items may be returned for a full refund to the original form of payment if returned within 10 days of receipt by mail.
Request the return label and reserve your exchange here: hello@chezlamershop.com. Please provide your order#, email address and the items you would like to return or exchange.
For US customers, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided at no charge to return your merchandise
Returns take us 2-3 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.
CONDITIONS
Return approval is at the discretion of our operations team and Chez La Mer reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.
Chez La Mer does not accept a return on merchandise that has been washed, worn, or damaged after receipt or missing the original tags. Any product that is damaged upon receipt must be reported to Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery or return might not be approved.
Chez La Mer is not responsible for wear and tear and any changes that occur to an item, due to the nature of garment materials. Denied returns will be shipped back to the customer. To ensure a positive experience for all of our clients, if we identify an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future return transactions from Chezlamer.com.
